Having completed his undergraduate and graduate education at Marmara University, Atty. Yelda Yardımcı Çınar provides full-fledged advocacy and consultancy services to our domestic and foreign clients.
Attorney Yelda Yardımcı Çınar has advanced knowledge and experience in the fields of contract law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, family law, inheritance law and property law. Focusing on the law of property regime at the graduate stage of her education, Yelda Yardımcı Çınar’s thesis was published as a book by Seçkin Publishing under the name of “The Liquidation of the Inheritance in the Regime of Participation in Acquired Property and the Claims of the Surviving Spouse”. The author’s academic and book studies continue.

Dr. Kazım Çınar’s thesis was published by Oniki Levha Publications with the title of “Contracts Regarding Immovables Containing a Foreign Element”. Then he completed his doctoral study in private law, his work on Party Autonomy in Private International Law is in the publication stage.
Atty. Dr. Kazım Çınar speaks English at a professional level and German at an intermediate level. In addition to professional attorneyship and consultancy services, he continues his academic studies.
