Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law

Enforcement and bankruptcy law is the branch of law in which the judicial process is determined regarding the collection of the debt from the debtor who does not or cannot pay the debt to the creditor, through official enforcement bodies. Although the process usually starts with an application to the enforcement offices, with or without a court verdict, enforcement and/or bankruptcy proceedings need to be continued in coordination with the judicial courts in various cases.

Each stage of enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings has its own details. However, rapid collection of receivables is ensured by strict follow-up of execution and bankruptcy proceedings.
